Christmas Eve & Morning

The Miracle of Christmas

A child is born tonight in Bethlehem
His mother holds him close and sings a sweet lullaby
All the world is sleeping unaware that God himself has come in the night

The shepherds tremble as the angels sing
And in their song the voice of God speaks peace to the world
A miracle has happened, God has come and God has spoken
But the miracle has only just begun

So come to Bethlehem again and see
The One who's come to rescue us, our Saviour and King
Bring your past, the joy, the sorrow, all your hope to find tomorrow

And hear the words again, fear not and know that God is near

For the God who spoke is speaking still
And the God who came still comes
And the miracle that happened still happens in the heart that will believe
And receive the miracle of Christmas

Christmas Ballet

Password:CERFloyd This is quite possibly the sweetest thing I have ever seen. I absolutely love the end where Elisabeth gets to do her own freestyle ballet. It brings tears to my eyes.

Backyard Movie Night

Password: CERFloyd A few weeks ago we had some friends over for a Christmas party. The highlight of the night was watching Charlie Brown Christmas projected on our fence in the backyard. The kids had an absolute blast.

A Visit from Santa

My friend Priscilla invited our family to a Christmas party on Saturday night. It was the sweetest party I have ever attended. The kids roasted marshmallows, made reindeer food, and ate yummy snacks. The highlight of the evening was when Santa and Mrs. Clause joined the party. Santa read a story to the kids, gave them each a gift, played with the kids, and let us take endless amounts of pictures. We had the best time. We are still working our way through all the pictures we took. Hopefully, there will be more pictures soon.

The Making of a Christmas Card

It's always fun to try to get a good picture for our Christmas Card. This year was an exceptional challenge!
