Zoo

Saturday morning Caleb and Elisabeth woke up asking to go to the zoo. Thankfully, it was cloudy and we had a break from the heat. We had a really fun day. Caleb and Elisabeth's favorite part of the zoo is petting the stingrays. They would swim with the stingrays if they could.

Poor Pops

Pops is such a good sport. He was trying to have fun with the grandkids on Father's Day and nearly ended up in the ER. Fortunately he was okay. We love you Pops, but we have to give the people what they want!

... Plus 1 Snake

Toady and his "brothers" are not thrilled with our newest pet. Caleb on the other hand is beyond thrilled. "Snakey" is a Florida Ring Neck snake. They are very docile and don't have any teeth. We've seen a few in the yard and finally caught one.

2 Frogs, 3 Toads & 4 Floyds

Caleb and Elisabeth have become the proud parents of a number of amphibians. We currently have 3 toads: Toady- the biggest, Rusty- the reddest and Junior- the smallest. We also have two frogs: Mango- the most colorful and Croak- the noisiest. We keep our crew in a covered sprinkler access port. Caleb and Elisabeth are very diligent about finding food for their "kids" and taking them out to stretch their legs every single day.
